We are Nick & Krista, a husband & wife photography team specializing in Boudoir, Glamour, and Boudoir Maternity Portraiture. We truly love what we do, capturing those special moments in life. Our goal is to build clients for life and it's a passion of ours to put a smile on a woman's face when she sees the end result at how truly beautiful she can be. Besides being husband and wife we are parents to a beautiful little girl. Our passion for maternity and infants of course developed with our own family and continues to grow with it. Now we are using those talents to capture amazing images for our clients.
Being a man in the world of boudoir photography can be difficult as you may feel hesitant displaying your body to a complete stranger, but we can tell you that we take every care to provide you a calm, relaxing, and comfortable environment to ensure that you feel safe and confident about your shoot. We feel that we actually have an advantage over female photographers, because I am going to shoot you from a man's perspective and my wife is going to style the shoot with a woman's creative input. In reality men and women have very different opinions about what a sexy image is. We think that the artistic style of my wife combined with the creative poses I choose, is the perfect combination of both and will ultimately be more appealing to your significant other.

I think that for everybody, regardless of what line of business you are in, there comes a time when you need to step back and take an honest look at what you are doing. Especially us small business owners. Give yourself an evaluation and see if you are doing what you want to be doing.
Recently we had this kind of self-observation on our photography business. Not that we ever doubted what it was we were doing, or the quality of our work (which is outstanding if I may say so!). I realize it has been some significant time in between blog posts, but just didn't have time to sit down and write. But now I do.
Recently shot some amazing maternity photos. Very dear friends of mine were expecting a beautiful girl and naturally I jumped on the occasion to take some maternity pictures. Honestly maternity is one particular style of photography that I would love to do more of. I just don't see very many people asking me for them. Busy but not really

Man what a week. 2 shoots on Saturday which were about 500 photos, plus I still had 2 other shoots from the week before to go through and complete. Those two shoots were over 1000 photos! One of the Saturday clients ordered an album which I had to submit quickly so that I can get it in time. The other was super anxious to see her pics so I was working double time to complete those. Got those two done as well as one from last week. Still got that big job waiting for me to process. Ugh, 800 photos to sort through.
Then I was supposed to have a session tomorrow, but that got canceled. Mixed feelings about the cancellation. Yes!! I get the weeke
